MSP - a locally owned licensed operating business was founded and based on a true story. It started with two friends working for two different moving companies. Getting together on weekends, we would always end up discussing the industry, and the horror stories we hear from customers. From the fear they have of moving, to the fear they have for the people within the industry. Some stories always stood out more then others - especially the one where the customer compared choosing a moving company to childbirth - most would always say they would rather choose childbirth any day then searching for a moving company.
The stories became so unpalatable, that our chats became a vision, and the vision became real. We decided that it doesn't have to be that way, it shouldn't be that way, and that we could and will make the difference.
